Agreement to Terms
By engaging Surface Co. for pressure cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking our services.
Services
Service Description
Surface Co. provides professional pressure cleaning and exterior cleaning services for residential, commercial, and body corporate properties across the Sunshine Coast region.
Service Scope
The specific services to be provided will be outlined in your quote. We reserve the right to modify service delivery methods based on site conditions, safety requirements, and professional judgment.
Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Quotes are based on information and photos provided by the client
- Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions differ significantly from initial assessment
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST
- Additional services requested on-site may incur additional charges
Booking and Scheduling
- Services are booked upon acceptance of quote
- We will confirm appointment date and approximate arrival time in advance
- Arrival times may vary due to weather, traffic, or previous job completion times
- We will notify you if significant delays are expected
Cancellation and Rescheduling
By Client
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled service
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee
- Same-day cancellations may forfeit any deposit paid
By Surface Co.
- We may cancel or reschedule due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control
- We will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to reschedule
- No cancellation fees apply when we initiate the cancellation
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cash, and card payment
- A deposit may be required for large commercial projects
- Invoices for commercial accounts are due within 14 days
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about property and services required
- Ensuring access to all areas requiring cleaning
- Providing access to water and electricity if required
- Securing or removing fragile items and outdoor furniture
- Informing us of any known hazards or special conditions
- Ensuring pets are secured away from work areas
Warranties and Guarantees
- We guarantee professional workmanship and customer satisfaction
- We will return to address any areas you're not satisfied with at no additional charge
- Some stains may be permanent and cannot be removed despite best efforts
- Results may vary based on surface type, age, and condition
Liability and Insurance
- Surface Co. carries comprehensive public liability insurance
- We take all reasonable care to prevent damage to property
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage or defects
- We are not liable for damage to surfaces that are already deteriorated or poorly maintained
- Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
